100 Push Ups is a good little challenge for anyone. The single exercise is great for working many parts of the body. The Chest, Triceps and core are the main muscles called upon. There are also many variations for the exercise to make them even more of a challenge.
If 100 Push Ups is too many for you to do in one go then break it down into sets of whatever is comfortable for you. 10 sets of 10, 5 sets of 20, 2 x 40′s and a 20 etc.
As a little bit of inspiration for you, take a look at this video.
