Back to Basics – Fitness Training

It is funny how fitness training has gone full circle and many fitness trainers have gone back to basics, teaching systems and exercises that we were doing 25 years ago. 

I am a big fan of keeping it simple, stop looking for new gimmicks and shortcuts. 

Lets get to work!
