Sledgehammer Training for Ju Jitsu

What a great form of exercise – Sledgehammer Training for Ju Jitsu. You get a great workout on the arms and legs. It can be used as an exercise to increase strength or as a cardiovascular workout. I use the Sledgehammer Training for Ju Jitsu as it’s such a good functional exercise, you can see the movement is similar to part if the movement used in many throwing techniques.
