When it comes to dealing with injuries in Jiu Jitsu, have a simple plan of action in mind.
- Accept the fact that you are injured and move forward.
- Go through the process of how the injury occurred so you can ensure it does not happen again.
- Find out everything you can about the injury and seek professional help.
- Consider every rehab method possible.
- Be absolutely thorough with your rehab.
- Do not test the injury until it is fully healed. (Listen to your body)
- Learn from the experience.
