Regular sparring and grappling sessions are also organised for all students who are interested in participating.

There are not many options available for Martial Arts in SE Calgary, however, our studio is based in the SE, close to Deerfoot Trail. We are easily accessed from the NE of the City via Deerfoot Trail and we are also easily accessed from the SW.

We offer the following programs -

  • Little Samurai - 5-8 years old
  • Juniors – 9-12 years old
  • Adults - 13 years and up

We have been established in Calgary for over 10 years now. Having our own Private Location has made it possible to offer a wide number of classes. There are several class options available for you.

Jiu Jitsu attracts many people from all walks of life. Some join us for the incredible Fitness, some to learn effective Self Defense and others who are looking for an activity that can last a life-time.
